Recently, the commissioning training of our technical engineers in Yemen was a complete success. First of all, after the unpacking inspection of GDTF-540/270KV series resonance test equipment, everything is normal and no abnormal.
It was confirmed that the subject was 132KV/GIS, and according to the customer’s requirements, we carried out no-load test, and increased the voltage to 235KV, and the no-load test current was stable at 0.26MA. In the course of the test, we especially emphasized the importance of short-grounding CT secondary and open-circuit PT secondary to ensure the accuracy and safety of the test.
Customer purchased ABB GIS equipment, according to the test report; Our engineers tested one of the GIS equipment with 7 air chambers, the electrical capacity was about 4300PF, and the test frequency was about 80. Low voltage 36 amp, high voltage 1 amp, low voltage 110V. After testing, all data are normal.
Then do the voltage test, the customer requires with the PT test voltage of 74kV, the duration of about 5 minutes. A careful examination of each chamber revealed nothing unusual.
Summary of experience: Customers are satisfied with the test results, and the performance of no flashover breakdown at 235kV voltage is impressive. The success of this commissioning training not only demonstrates the professionalism of our team, but also provides high quality service and assurance to our customers.
